A lifetime resident of Wichita, KS, Mike King is a full time real estate agent and auctioneer with an extensive knowledge of his hometown and home state. Mike has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since 2005 when he began his career in real estate. He graduated from Missouri Auction School which has a long-standing history of producing some of the top auctioneers in the Midwest.
When asked why he has been so successful, Mike said, “I truly love what I do. I enjoy people and am honored when they ask me to help them sell, what often has been, a huge part of their life – their business, home and/or personal possessions.” Mike says that one of his greatest attributes is communication as he likes to take the time to listen to his clients, get to know them, and truly understand their needs.
Mike is an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoys his time with family and jumps at every opportunity to take his nephews to the lake to boat and fish.
Mike’s supports and/or is part of the YMCA, Kansas Junior Livestock Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Pheasants Forever and Boy Scouts of America.
Steve began his successful real estate career in 2001. He has a broad array of real estate experience that includes residential, commercial, historic and land properties. Steve has worked with national firms in the areas of auction support and business development, and in supervising broker and training roles. Steve’s first career was in medical device sales. He graduated high school in Rose Hill, Kansas, and completed his bachelor’s degree at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, where he was active in varsity football and FCA.
Steve seeks to employ the best methods for the sale of property for his clients, ranging from a traditional real estate listing to an auction method of sales. He utilizes up-to-date marketing techniques and draws from online purchasing experience. He is a big believer in a team approach, collaborating with specific marketing experts to incorporate methods that will produce the desired results for the client.
Steve and his wife Nolly together have nine children and six grandchildren. Steve has become well acquainted with the great state of Kansas and the region. He loves to travel with Nolly on mission trips to Kenya and has enjoyed tours of the Holy Land, Hawaii, Brazil and other destinations. Regionally, Steve enjoys the outdoors, ATV riding and time with family.
Shala is a graduate from Belle Paine High School. She felt as though she had a different calling rather than attending college. Due to this, Shala possesses an extraordinary skill set that has attributed to her successful career in a vast variety of jobs she's attained, anywhere from a server, to a sales tax specialist. She's even withheld a position of Assistant Manager at the mere age of 19 at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Colorado.
Shala's organization, attentivness, understanding, compassion,and detail-oriented nature help her to approach each client and task, with a unique experience that fits the clients needs. This is what makes her stand out in customer service as she cares deeply about building a good report with each client. Her passionate mind-set makes Shala a valuable asset to our company.
Shala and her husband, Zeke have three young children, who are the light of their lives. Shala's kids giver her the drive she has to work so hard. Her goal is to have her chrildren see that you can achieve anything you want with or without a degree. Her and her husband love to take the kids to the lake and go fishing.
Shala supports and/or is part of the National Wild Turkey Federation as a State Board Member. On the state board she has taken on multipe rolls, such as: State Banquet Coordinatior, Kansas State's NWTF Social Media outlets and is a State Board Budgeting member. She also is a volunteer for her local NWTF chapter, the Slate Creek Gobbliers, as a Secretary/Treasurer. Shala also volunteers at her church nursey.
