Terms and Conditions for On-Line Bidders
Prior to the auction, bidders must register on-line and agree to the “Terms and Conditions for On-Line Bidders” to be approved to bid. Bidders must be 18-years or older to bid on firearms. Bidder will be asked to submit credit card information. The credit card will be validated in the amount of $500, but not charged. All required fields must be filled-out on the registration. If your registration contains false contact information or invalid credit card information you will not be approved to bid. Bidder will receive a confirmation when approved.
US Auction Team is not responsible for any technical problems that a bidder may encounter at the time of registration or during the on-line auction. Should you have technical difficulties you may call: 316-773-5600.
Make sure that you read the listing description before you bid. All items are sold in “present condition” without any expressed or implied warranties or representations from the seller or his/her agent. It is incumbent upon the buyer to exercise his/her own due diligence prior to bidding on all items. Information provided is from sources deemed reliable but not guaranteed by seller, realtor or auctioneer.
You must pay for an item that you commit to buying. Each bid that you make is a binding contract to buy the item if you are the winning bidder. We will not collect sales tax on any items sold, but there may be a 10% buyer’s premium added. A buyer's premium is a percentage additional charge on the hammer price (winning bid at auction) of the item or lot that must be paid by the winner. It will be disclosed prior to any on-line auction as to whether there will be a 10% buyer’s premium added.
At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to pay for their item in full including the 10% buyer’s premium, a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card.
Buyer will be given possession of their property the day of the sale once it is paid in-full. If the item is not picked-up at the close of the auction. Firearms that are not pickup at the close of the auction will be transfered to Bullseye Shooting Range. Buyers will have to pay $40.00 for the transfer, and fillout a FFL form and be approved in order to pick up their firearm. If you want your firearm shipped you must contact Bullseye Shooting Range and make arrangements for the firearm to be shipped. It is not the responsibility of the seller if the item is lost or damaged if held and/or shipped. Buyers are responsible for shipping and insurance charges (if insurance coverage is requested.)
Buyer agrees to all “terms and conditions for on-line bidders” as put forth by Select Auction Home and Land, agrees to pay the 10% buyer’s premium, and agrees to accept all credit card charges if they apply at the time of their purchase.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Site User Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wichita, Kansas, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Auctioneer may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Sedgwick County, Kansas necessary to protect the rights of property of Auctioneer pending the completion of arbitration.
