Welcome to the Kansas Learning Center for Health's Online Auction.  KLCH was established in 1965 and continues the legacy of Dr. Arthur E. Hertzler and his vison to educate for a healthy life.  Today, nearly 15,000 students and families visit the Center, located in Halstead, KS, to explore our exhibits and participate in the many health education programs and activities we offer. KLCH is a 501(c) (3) museum and health education center.  100% of program and operating expenses must be covered each year through giving from  foundations, corporations, individuals, admissions  fees, and special events, like this Online Auction and Virtual Gala.  Proceeds from this auction will continue making it possible for Kansas children to participate, in health education programs, both at the museum and in their classrooms.  Thank you for your support.

Terms and Conditions for On-Line Bidders Prior to the auction, bidders must register on-line and agree to the “Terms and Conditions for On-Line Bidders” in order to be approved to bid. Bidders will be asked to submit credit card information. The credit card will be validated in the amount of $1.00, but not charged. All required fields must be filled-out on the registration. If your registration contains false contact information or invalid credit card information you will not be approved to bid. Bidder will receive a confirmation when approved. US Auction Team is not responsible for any technical problems that the bidder may encounter at the time of registration or during the on-line auction. All items are sold in “present condition” without any expressed or implied warranties or representations from the seller. It is incumbent upon the buyer to exercise his/her own due diligence prior to bidding on all items. All information provided is from sources deemed reliable, but not guaranteed by the seller or auctioneer. You must pay for an item that you commit to buying. Each bid that you make is a binding contract to buy the item if you are the winning bidder. At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to pay for their item in full. The buyer will be given possession of their property the day of the sale once it is paid for in full. Buyers are responsible for shipping and insurance charges (if insurance coverage is requested). The buyer agrees to all “Terms and Conditions for On-Line bidders” as put forth by Us Auction Team and agrees to accept all credit card charges if they apply at the time of their purchase.
