Bidder(s) who want to bid must register prior to the auction and be approved by US Auction Team prior to placing any bids.  This auction is a live auction, which will be held at the Best Western in Park City, KS starting at 6:00pm on February 20th, 2018.  The High Bidder(s) agrees to pay a 10% BUYER PREMIUM IF HE / SHE IS THE WINNING BID.    Buyer agrees to pay $2,500 earnest money if he / she is the winning bid.  Bidders who wish to wright a back up offer agree to the same terms as the high bidders.  All terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas.  Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Site User Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wichita, Kansas, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Auctioneer may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Sedgwick County, Kansas necessary to protect the rights of property of Auctioneer pending the completion of arbitration.
