This is a great location in College Hill area of Wichita, KS.  This 1927 built home has a lot of wonderful original hardwood floors and woodwork.  Most of the hardware is period correct and matching.  The kitchen does need a renvation, but there is alot of upside on this home.  There are three bedrooms on the second floor, and a fourth bedroom on the third floor.  The full bath is on the 2nd level.  The main bath is large and we believe a 2nd master 3/4 bathroom could be added here making one of these bedrooms into a master bedroom with an in-suite bath.  The main floor has a huge living room with original hardwood floors, trim, and a front door with beveled glass.  The dinning room is large with hardood floors and adjoins the living room and kitchen.  There may be a way to open up the kitchen and dinning space, while maintaining archetectual and stuctural integrety.
